公司:Coordination Study 国家:follow 联系人:follow 地址: Inquiry (采购产品): Coordination Study We are soliciting proposals for professional services for an Electrical Coordination Study for existing normal and emergency 13.8 kV feeders and sub-station at Stony Brook University Medical Center (SBUMC). It is expected that your study will be based on information provided by SBUMC and field survey by your company. You are expected to start work within five business days after notice to proceed. Your study, based on the following description must be received no later than 28 August 2009, and shall be addressed to: Stony Brook University Medical Center Health Science Center, level 1 Room 1-093P Stony Brook, NY Attention: Harold Smith / Daniel Lozano A Project Description: 1. Provide professional services to perform an electrical Coordination Study inclusive of protective devices and cables on the normal and emergency power supplies up to and including the secondary side of the sub-station. The scope shall include, but not be limited to, the following: (see attached drawing E-I High voltage Single Line, dated 5/7/07) a. Normal 13.8 kV Feeder i. This shall include the lines side of draw out circuit breaker No. 9 in Normal Power Switch Board (NPSB) on level N-8; fuse on the line side of the transformer primary; feeder on the secondary side of the step-down transformer to up to and including the secondary draw out main breaker (MB) in the following sub-stations. This shall include, ii. SS-2 (tie to SS-1) iii. SS-4 (tie to SS-3) iv. SS-5 (tie to EQS-13) b. Normal 13.8 kV Feeder i. This shall include the lines side of draw out circuit breaker no. 11 in Normal Power Switch Board (NPSB) on level N-8; fuse on the line side of the transformer primary; feeder on the secondary side of the step-down transformer to up to and including the secondary Braw out MB in the following sub-stations. This shall include, ii. SS-1 (tie to SS-2) iii. SS-3 (tie to SS-4) c. Emergency 13.8 kV Feeder i. This shall include the lines side of fused switch No. 8 in Generator No. 2 Switch Board (GSB) on level N-8; fuse on the line side of the transformer primary; feeder on the secondary side of the step-down transformer to up to and including the secondary draw out MB in the following sub-stations. This shall include, ii. ESS-10 d. Emergency 13.8 kV Feeder i. This shall include the lines side of fused switch 1 in Generator No. 3 Switch Board (GSB) on level N-8; fuse on the line side of the transformer primary; feeder on the secondary side of the step-down transformer to up to and including the secondary draw out MB in the following sub-stations. This shall include, ii. EQS-13 e. Short Circuit Study i. Provide a short circuit study from the normal and generator switch boards through the secondary side of the sub-station distribution panels identified above. SBUMC shall provide the required short circuit valves for the normal and generator switch boards for the study. ii. The short circuit study shall include a device evaluation analysis to compare nameplate versus calculated values and identify any device operating above its nameplate rating. 2. Provide site visits as required to verify all information required to perform the study. 3. Utilize ETAP computer generated software to perform the Protective Device Coordination Study alone with graphical demonstration of devices. 4. Meet with SBUMC for a kick-off meeting and additional meeting as required. Assume a total of five (5) meetings, one of which shall include a visit to the site during the setting of protective devices for observation. 5. Provide SBUMC two copies of a draft report for review and comment. 6. Provide five (5) copies of a written report explaining the calculation, calculation results, protective device settings and any recommendations for the system. The report shall be signed and sealed by a New York State Professional Engineer. 7. Advise and if required perform a coordination study on circuit no. 9 in the normal panel supply board to SS-2, SS-4, and SS-5 after the cables have been relocated as part of MMP Phase 2, to confirm the coordination has not changed. Provide a written as an addendum to the original report. The report signed and sealed by a New York State Professional Engineer. 8. Advise and if required perform a coordination study on circuit no. 8 in the generator switch board to ESS 10 after the cables have been relocated as part of MMP Phase 2, to confirm the coordination has not changed. Provide a written as an addendum to the original report. The report signed and sealed by a New York State Professional Engineer. The Project will start within five days after receipt of the Purchase Order and a draft study shall be issued within thirty (25) working days.
