地址: Inquiry (采购产品): Costs and Quotations of Compressors, Inter and Aftercoolers Dear Sir, I am Shailaja.K, doing my M.Tech in Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.I am working on "Off-Shore Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) plant design". I need the costs and quotations of compressors, inter and after coolers: Details: 1) Two stage centrifugal compressor with one inter-cooler and one after-cooler to increase the pressure of a gas mixture from 3.25 bar (At -39°C) to 48 bar (At 38°C).Total work requirement in the two-stage compression is 64 MW (85333.334 HP). Total cooling duty of inter and after coolers is 50.6 MW. Compression pressure ratio between stages is 3.843. Inter-cooler duty is 3.75 MW. After-cooler duty is 46.8 MW. Flow through both compressors, inter and after coolers is 208.4 kg/s (202.97 m3/min). Cooling medium in both inter and after coolers is water. Work required for first compressor is 28.14 MW (37519.9 HP). Work required for second compressor is 35.76 MW (47679.88 HP). Poly-tropic efficiency for both is 83.5%. Material of construction is Stainless steel(Type 316). Application is for Off-Shore LNG Plant. Total cooling duty of inter and after coolers is 123MW. Flow through the first compressor and intercooler is 308.5 kg/s (2684.7 m3/min). Flow through the second compressor and after cooler is 227 kg/s (98.94 m3/min). Work required for the first compressor is 18.57 MW (24759.9 HP). Work required for the second compressor is 13.19 MW (17586.6 HP). Inter-cooler heat duty is 49.79 MW. After-cooler heat duty is 73.35 MW. Cooling medium in both inter and after coolers is water. Poly-tropic efficiency for both compressors is 83.5%. Construction material is Stainless steel(Type 316).
