Other duties include: welding of aluminum castings, responsible for all shipping and receiving, including the packaging of UPS shipments, Truck driver, Forklift operator and trainer, Minor maintainence, Keeping of inventory, Safety committee. Salary: I started at $29000 per year and worked up to $43000 per year including overtime. I have always been on time at my job and have missed only 5 days during my stay there. There have been numerous times in which I have demonstrated to the company easier, shorter, less time consuming and more economical ways of producing their product. Many of my ideas were implemented. As a supervisor, I have earned the respect of my peers through leadership and supervisory skills. I work though the lean times and try to improve not only production, but relationships with other employees, I find that keeping moral on the upside is one of my assets. Pride has always been very important to me since I have always done the best that I can do . Many time over the years, I have been called upon for my input in building, repairing or designing a tool or piece of machinery to eliminate or shorten downtime.
