For my research work I have to make Reactor with quartz crystal microbalance for thin film growth by atomic layer deposition. I am following paper of Elam, Groner and George and I came to know that they used QCM from Colorado Crystal Corporation(Part No. CCAT1BK-1007-000).So i want some details about quartz crystal microbalance. Q. (a) what model of QCM have u used and (b) how it was modified? (c) Do u have such type of QCM? (d) If yes, then pls give me price for that . Pls help me for above details. Pls help me.
